2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We strive to provide reliable access to the Services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided through the Services are the property of Hill Business Consulting Services or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services such as Google OAuth for user authentication. By using Google sign-in, you agree to Google’s applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Google User Data Access: When you sign in with Google, we only access basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or any other Google services or content.

Google User Data Usage: We use this information only to authenticate you, create/link your HillBCS account, and display your profile inside the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hill Business Consulting Services shall not be liable for data loss, service interruptions, unauthorized access beyond reasonable control, or actions or omissions of third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
